Shipping will be standard ground shipping and may take anywhere between 7 -10 business days. Any other type of shipping would be an up charge.

Freight Claims Policy
Upon the arrival of your order, immediately open and inspect it for any possible manufacturing defects or shipping damage. If you find product damaged or defective keep all packaging material as well as all blinds and parts and contact us as soon as possible. All remakes must be made according to the specifications given at the time of the original order. No exceptions. Any orders having defects from the manufacturer or from the freight carrier will be replaced or repaired as long as you contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order! Make sure to contact us within the specified 10 days or the defects or damage will be replaced or corrected at your expense. If the product requires replacement, you will be given a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address to return the product. All returns must have an RGA number for a refund or exchange. Keep your original boxes and packaging materials in the event you need to return your blinds, Heritage Window Coverings cannot provide packaging materials. Please inspect your shipment before installing. Heritage Window Coverings is not responsible for any installation fees.
In the event that your window coverings come damaged due to distress during shipping or manufacturing, please be advised that Heritage Window Coverings Customer Service may require at its sole discretion that a digital picture be taken of the damaged product and sent to our customer service department. Heritage Window Coverings may ask for a digital picture to expedite the process of coordinating either a remake or a repair of your window covering. Without a picture Heritage Window Coverings Customer Service Department can not coordinate either a remake or a repair, without having the original product being sent back to Heritage Window Coverings manufacturer. If a customer is not willing to comply with this request, then it will be the customerís responsibility to pay for a remake or the repair until the damaged product is sent back to our manufacturing facility where the product was made. After which, Heritage Window Coverings will credit back the customer for the remake or repair.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address due to the customer's mistake, the customer is responsible for postage to re-ship the blinds. Heritage Window Coverings is not responsible for mistakes made by the shipping company.

Return it for what ever your reason may be, in the first 30 days and we will refund your money.
Keep your original boxes and packaging materials in the event you need to return your blinds, shades or shutters Heritage Window Coverings cannot provide packaging materials. All returns must be shipped to Heritage Window Coverings in new condition within 30 days of receipt, preceded by prior authorization that has been accepted by Heritage Window Coverings Customer Service Department. Call our Customer Service Department toll free @ 888-444-6492. All returns must be given a return authorization number and shipping address to return the product.
Order Changes and Cancellations
All sales are final, so be sure to double check the width, length, desired color, and all options before placing your order. We cannot guarantee any changes after placing your order but will do our best. In the event that you wish to cancel your order or make a change, the request must be made with Heritage Window Coverings Customer Service within the same business day. To ensure proper handling, all order changes or cancellations must be made over the phone after which you will be required to submit the changes or cancellation in writing via email to the assigned customer service agent you speak with over the phone. In most cases production begins within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. However, products that are made under express production do not qualify for any changes or cancellations because they are immediately sent into production. We will do everything we can to assist your needs. However, each cancellation or change is contingent upon our ability to cancel or change the order with our manufacturer. Orders may not be cancelled due to delays in shipping.
Heritage Window Coverings Customer Service Department will issue an authorization number to you, if the item(s) can be cancelled or changed.
